Exercise: So Far 9/5 through 9/24
9/5, Tuesday: Walked to beach and back, 2.4 miles (50 min)
9/6, Wednesday: Walked to beach and back, 2.4 miles (45 min)
9/7, Thursday: Walked to beach and back, 2.4 miles (40 min)
9/8, Friday: Rode bike 15 minutes with Markie and Rebecca (15 min)
Next Week:
Today I rode my bike to the beach and back. It wasn't easy! I don't remember riding a bike being that hard. It took 10 minutes to get there, and 10 to get back. I think I need to warm up before biking 2 miles next time.
I also rode my bike with my neighbors, Markie and Rebecca. We rode around for about 45 minutes. I basically rode in circles, trying to escape from Markie in his little Jeep Wrangler. I have no idea how far I went, but it was more fun than riding to the beach lol.

Time: 20 min, 45 min
So, I've been slacking since the work load started, and I need to get back into gear!!! I'm worried that once winter starts, I'll totally lose motivation to get out there.
